Note: When installing a new cylinder head, before installing the camshaft housing, it is necessary to lubricate all contact surfaces between the bearing elements, roller levers and the camshaft bed with engine oil.
Note: The plastic pads included in the repair kit to protect open valves may only be removed immediately before installing the cylinder head.
Note: When replacing the cylinder head, the old coolant must also be drained and filled with new coolant.
Note: All bearing and working surfaces must be lubricated with engine oil before installation work.

Check the curvature of the cylinder head contact plane (pic. 2.32).
The maximum allowable curvature of the contact plane is 0.05 mm
