Caution: When performing all installation work, particularly in the engine compartment, due to the tight layout, please pay attention to the following.
Attention: Lines of all types (for example fuel, hydraulic, activated carbon canister, cooling systems, refrigerant, brake lines, vacuum hoses), and also the electrical wires must be laid as they were originally laid.
Caution: Ensure sufficient clearance to all moving and hot components to avoid any damage to lines.
Cars with manual transmission
Check the clutch release bearing for wear and replace if necessary.
Lightly lubricate the clutch release bearing, bearing guide bushing and input shaft teeth with grease.
Check the cylinder block for the presence of fitted bushings for engine/gearbox alignment, install them if necessary.

Hang the intermediate plate on the flange and place it on the fitted bushings (Fig. 2.11).
When installing the unit, ensure that there is sufficient space to the hinge shafts.
Align the engine mount by rocking it.
Install the cardan shafts.
Install the air conditioning compressor.
Install the poly V-belt.
Install the hydraulic clutch slave cylinder.
Connect the gear shift drive.
Install the battery and battery holder frame.
Connect the battery.
Install the front right and left fender liner.
Install the crankcase guard.
Fill with coolant.
Install the air filter.
Clear the values in the memory and adapt the engine control unit to the throttle control module and the EGR valve.
