Adjust the headrest so that the top edge of the headrest is in line with the top of your head (pic. 1.87).
WARNING: Riding with head restraints removed or incorrectly installed increases the risk of serious injury.
Height adjustment
The position of the headrests can be adjusted by moving them in the vertical direction.
Grab the headrest on both sides.
Move the head restraint up or down.
Make sure the head restraint is securely locked in this position.
To move the head restraint down as far as it will go, hold down button 1 (pic. 1.88) on the side of the headrest.
Removing the head restraints
Slide the headrest all the way up.
Press key 2.
Keep the button pressed and pull the head restraint up.
Head restraint installation
Insert the head restraint into the guides in the seat back.
Slide the headrest down. Adjust the position of the head restraint.
