Verification condition
The engine oil temperature must be at least 30°C.
Work execution procedure
Remove the air filter.
Remove the ignition coils. Use a puller to do this.
Remove the spark plugs with a spark plug wrench.

Remove fuse SD34 from the fuse box on the right side of the front panel (Fig. 2.44).
Note: Removing fuse SD34 interrupts power supply to the fuel pump control unit.
Note: Measure compression using a compression gauge.
Note: Operation of the compression tester is described in the corresponding manual.
Crank the starter until the compression gauge stops showing an increase in pressure.
Compression:
- new engine - 10-15 bar excess pressure.
Maximum tolerance 7 bar overpressure.
The permissible difference between individual cylinders is 3 bar.
Screw in the spark plugs using a spark plug wrench and tighten them to a torque of 30 Nm.
Further installation is carried out in reverse order.
Query the fault memory, eliminate any errors, and then clear the memory.
After clearing the fault memory, you must create a readiness code (Readinesscode).
