The cylinder head is shown in Fig. 3.10.

1 - Upper part of the timing belt cover; 2 - Timing belt; 3, 5, 7, 12, 16, 18 - Bolts; 4 - Camshaft pulley; 6 - Rear timing belt cover; 8 - Sealing ring; 9 - Oil filler cap; 10 - Cylinder head cover; 11 - Cylinder head cover gasket; 13 - Cylinder head; 14 - Cylinder head gasket; 15 - Tension roller; 17 - Pulley; 19 - Ribbed belt; 20 - Lower part of the timing belt cover.


Checking the cylinder head deformation is shown in Fig. 3.11. The order of tightening the cylinder head mounting bolts is shown in Fig. 3.12. Tightening torque of the cylinder head mounting bolts:
  • 1st stage - 40 Nm,
  • 2nd stage - 60 Nm,
  • 3rd stage - 90°,
  • stage 4 - 90°.

Cylinder head deformation: 0.05 mm.

Cylinder head deformation: 0.05 mm.
