When performing the 1st pass, the bolts are tightened by applying a force of 40 Nm.
During the second pass, the bolts are turned by 90° (1/4 turn).
At 90° (1/4 turn) the bolts are tightened further during the 3rd pass.
Cylinder head block. Cars with a 2.0 liter petrol engine and a power of 110 kW (150 hp) AWX / BLR / BLX / BLY
1 - cylinder head mounting bolt. Bolts should be replaced with new ones after each dismantling.
2 - bolt. Tightening torque 10 Nm
3 - cylinder head cover. Tightening of the cylinder head cover bolts is performed in sequence from 1 to 14 with the application of a force of 10 Nm (see illustration B)
4 - Oil filler cap gasket. If damaged or leaking, the gasket should be replaced with a new one
5 - oil filler cap
6 - cylinder head cover sealing gasket. If damaged or leaking, the gasket should be replaced with a new one
7 - bolt. Tightening torque 10 Nm
8- bracket
9 - Wiring harness holder
10 - bolt. Tightening torque 10 Nm
11 - bolt. Tightening torque 10 Nm
12 - camshaft position adjuster valve housing
13 - sealing gasket. To be replaced after each dismantling
14 - feed lever
15 - bolt Tightening torque 25 Nm
16 - threaded pin. Tightening torque 10 Nm
17 - separator plate
18 - cylinder head. Maximum permissible curvature is 0.1 mm. When installing a new cylinder head, fresh fluid should be added to the cooling system
19 - Cylinder head gasket. When installing a new cylinder head gasket, fresh fluid must be added to the cooling system. When installing the gasket, the side with the article number must face the cylinder head
20 - bolt. Tightening torque 10 Nm
21 - Hall sensor
22 - sealing ring
23 - tension roller threaded pin. Tightening torque 10 Nm
24 - threaded pin for fastening the exhaust manifold. Tightening torque 20 Nm
25 - bracket
26 - bolt. Tightening torque 10 Nm
