The camshaft is driven by a toothed belt from a gear on the crankshaft (see illustration 12.0).

1 - the upper part of the protective cover of the gas distribution mechanism drive
2 - bolt. Tightening torque 100 Nm
3 - bolt. Tightening torque 25 Nm
4 - camshaft drive gear
5 - camshaft drive gear hub with sensor gear
6 - bolt. Tightening torque 10 Nm. The bolt must be replaced after each dismantling
7 - rear cover of the gas distribution mechanism drive
8 - bolt. Tightening torque 25 Nm
9 - sealing sleeve. To be replaced if damaged
10 - nut. Tightening torque 20 Nm + turn 45° (1/8 turn)
11 - tension roller
12 - nut. Tightening torque 20 Nm
13 - guide roller
14 - water pump
15 - toothed belt gear on the crankshaft
16 - a bolt of fastening of a gear wheel of a toothed belt on a cranked shaft. Tightening torque 120 Nm + 90°turn (1/4 turn). To be replaced after each disassembly. Bolt thread lubrication is not allowed
17 - bolt. Tightening torque 15 Nm
18 - the lower part of the protective cover of the gas distribution mechanism drive
19 - belt pulley on the crankshaft. The pulley can only be installed in one position
20 - bolt Tightening torque 10 Nm + 90°turn (1/4 turn)
21 - plug
22 - toothed timing belt. If the belt will be re-installed after removal, then mark the direction of rotation with chalk or a felt-tip pen before removing it. Check the condition of the toothed belt. Belt bending is not allowed
23 - bolt. Tightening torque 45 Nm
24 - the central part of the protective cover of the gas distribution mechanism drive
25 - engine mount bracket
