Fuel supply hoses in the engine compartment may only be secured with spring clamps corresponding to the model year. The use of clamps and clamps with threaded fastening is not permitted.

Disconnecting the battery is only allowed when the ignition is off. If the car has a radio with security coding, you must find out the security code before disconnecting the battery.

Follow all necessary instructions after connecting the battery.

Electrical components require at least 11.5V to function properly.

Do not use sealants containing silicone. Silicone elements sucked in by the engine do not burn out and damage the lambda probes.

When the work is completed, perform a query of the engine control unit fault memory, delete all fault records that may have arisen as a result of checks and repair work. After clearing the fault memory, it is necessary to create an OBD code.

If after fault diagnosis, repair or component testing the engine only starts briefly and then switches off again, this indicates that the engine control unit is locked by the immobilizer. In this case, the "Guided Functions" control unit must be adapted.

Vehicles with airbags are equipped with a collision fuel shut-off system. It is designed to reduce the risk of vehicle fire after a collision by shutting off the fuel pump by the fuel pump control unit.

When the door is opened, the fuel pump is switched on for 2 seconds to create pressure in the fuel system. This increases the comfort when starting the engine.
