For systemic troubleshooting and, accordingly, troubleshooting, branded special measuring devices are required. Such measuring devices are very expensive and, as a rule, are available only at service stations. Therefore, only the main tests are listed here:
  • Check the battery.
  • Check all fuses.
  • Disconnect and reconnect all plug connectors of the relevant electronic systems. Check the reliability of the plug connections and the fastening of the wires in the engine compartment.
  • Check all ground connections for reliability and perfect contact.
  • Check hoses and pipelines for leaks. Pay attention to the absence of porosity and cracks. Tighten weak connections.

Caution: Do not use any sealants containing silicone. Silicone particles sucked in by the engine will not burn off and will damage the oxygen sensor.
