Remove coil springs.
Disconnect the electrical connectors located between the rear axle assemblies and the body.
Remove the stabilizer.
Secure the vehicle on both sides of the lift brackets with tension straps.
Otherwise, it may slide off the lift
Install an engine and transmission jack with a universal support for transmission assemblies under the subframe and secure the subframe with a belt.

Loosen hex bolts 1 or 2 on both sides (pic. 4.63).
Note: For illustration purposes, only the left side of the vehicle is shown in the illustration.
Note: To fix the subframe, it is necessary to screw in the locking devices in turn in positions 1 and 2 on both sides of the vehicle.

Fix the position of the subframe with clamps (pic. 4.64).
Note: The fasteners must be tightened with a torque not exceeding 20 Nm, otherwise their threads may be damaged.
On both sides, in turn, replace the subframe mounting bolts with clamps and tighten them to 20 Nm.
The position of the subframe is now fixed.
Lower the subframe by 10 cm using the engine and gearbox tilter.
Remove the front rubber mount.

Install special tool (pic. 4.65).
Install the tool by tightening the screw nuts.
Using a pump, press out the silent block.
Note: When removing the rubber-metal support, the outer ring of the support is cut off. This is accompanied by a loud sound.
After removing the rubber-metal support, it must be knocked out of the pipe with light hammer blows.
Installing the front silent block
Install a special tool with a silent block on the subframe, see Figure 4.65.
Install the tool by tightening the screw nuts.
While pressing the pump pedal, carefully press in the silent block until the shoulder is» back to back «stick to the subframe.
Remove rear rubber mount
Establish the special tool, see fig 4.65.
Using a pump, press out the silent block.

Installation of rear silent blocks

Install a special tool with a silent block on the subframe, see Figure 4.66.
Install the tool by tightening the screw nuts.
While depressing the pump pedal, carefully press in the silent block until the shoulder is flush with the subframe.
Further installation is carried out in the reverse order.
Bleed the brake system.
Adjust wheel alignment.
