The cylinder head can be dismantled with an integrated engine. If the engine has already been dismantled, consider that the preliminary work has already been completed.
The cylinder head must never be dismantled if the engine temperature is above 40°C.
After loosening the screw and nut, remove the cable clamp from the battery pole to connect to the housing.
Drain the coolant.
Remove the air filter.
Disconnect the top cold water hose.
Disconnect electrical wiring from all parts of the cylinder head.
Remove the exhaust and suction ducts and carburetor.
Disconnect all wires, cables, connectors, etc. between the cylinder head and the body. leading to the injection device.
Using a 12 mm Allen key-like multi-tooth socket and a plug sprocket, disconnect the cylinder head screws one by one in the reverse order shown in the figure, remove the screws and remove the cylinder head and seal.
The camshafts can be dismantled with an integrated engine.
