The cylinder head must never be removed if the engine temperature is above 40°C.
After loosening the screw and nut, remove the battery cable clamp from the battery terminal to connect to the body.
Drain the coolant.
Remove the air filter.
Disconnect the upper cold water supply hose.
Disconnect the electrical wiring from all cylinder head components.
Remove the exhaust and intake ducts and the carburetor.
Disconnect all wires, cables, connectors, etc. between the cylinder head and the body leading to the injection device.
Using a 12mm Allen key-type multi-tooth bit and a star socket, loosen the cylinder head bolts one at a time in the reverse order shown in the illustration, remove the bolts and remove the cylinder head and gasket.

The camshafts can be removed with the engine installed.
