Cylinder head bolts, engine cold:

first stage - 40 Nm
second stage - 60 Nm
third stage - 180° (half a turn)

Connecting rod bearing cap screws - 30 Nm + 90°

Main bearing caps - 30 Nm + 180° (half a turn)

Flywheel screws - 70 Nm + 90° (quarter turn)

Clutch - 20 Nm

Water pump to engine - 20 Nm

Belt pulley to water pump - 25 Nm

Chain tensioner lowering to cylinder block - 10 Nm

Intermediate shaft flange to engine - 10 Nm

Double row sprocket to intermediate shaft - 100 Nm

Rear engine - gearbox mount:

Bracket for rubber-metal bearing; screw inserted from above - 60 Nm
Engine bracket - 25 Nm

Cylinder head bolts:

first stage - 40 Nm
second stage - 60 Nm
stage Three - Following the tightening sequence and without using a torque wrench, tighten the screws another half turn (or twice a quarter turn)

Main bearing caps - 65 Nm

Connecting rod bearing caps - 30 Nm + 90°

Flywheel screws - 100 Nm, lubricate with sealant D6. Screws must be replaced

Clutch screws 25 Nm

Intermediate shaft flywheel - 65 Nm

Camshaft flywheel - 65 Nm

Camshaft bearing caps - 15 Nm

Crankshaft flywheel - 90 Nm + 180° (half a turn). You can tighten the screws in several stages. It is important not to forget about tightening by half a turn. The screws must be replaced

Cylinder Block Timing Belt Protector - 10 Nm

Timing Belt Tensioner Nut - 45 Nm

Belt tensioner bearing to block:

stud - 30 Nm, lubricate with sealing compound D6
