Electronic ignition systems produce a spark up to 30 kV. Under unfavorable conditions, for example, with humidity in the motor chamber, insulation breakdown may occur. When the engine is running, do not touch the ignition wires.
To prevent failure of the electronic ignition system, the following rules must be observed:
1. Do not remove the ignition wire while the engine is running or while it is starting.
2. Disconnect the wires of the ignition system only when the ignition is on.
3. Connect and disconnect the wires of the strobe lamp and the speed meter only when the ignition is off
4. Cannot be connected to terminal 1 (-) no noise capacitor and no test lamp.
5. When the engine is running, do not connect measuring devices and a strobe lamp powered by 12 V to terminal 15 of the ignition coil.
6. For electric and spot welding, the battery must be completely disconnected.
7. In a towed vehicle, disconnect the plug from the electronic module.
8. Only 1 kΩ rheostats and spark plug plugs with 5 kΩ rheostats can be used for high voltage wires.
9. People with heart disease should not do any work related to the TSZ system.
