The transistorized ignition target with a halotron (TSZ-H) is a contactless ignition system. Instead of a breaker, a halotron that does not require protection is installed in the ignition distributor.
Thanks to this, it would also be possible to do without the capacitor.
The gallotron consists of a contactless magnetic lock and a valve fixed to the distributor shaft. The gallotron controls the TSZ-H electronic system and thus determines the switching on and off point of the current flow through the primary winding of the ignition coil. In the same way, the gallotron determines the ignition timing.
The ignition equipment turns off the supply voltage to the coil after about 1 second to protect the ignition system and coil from overheating when the ignition is on and the engine is not running.
The TSZ-H equipment does not require protection. The only thing is that every 15,000 km you need to drop a little oil on the felt.
