Instructions: Secure all hose connections with clamps that match those installed at the factory. Degrease hose connection pipes and turbocharger hoses before installation. Only lightly oil the sealing ring and seat surface of the union connections. The turbocharger system must be sealed. Self-locking nuts must be replaced. Fill the turbocharger with engine oil through the connecting pipe for the feed oil line. After installing the turbocharger, let the engine idle for about 1 minute without increasing the speed to ensure a reliable supply of oil to the turbocharger.

- 4 - Turbocharger. Tightening torque of the mounting pins: 20 Nm
- 5 - Gasket, replace
- 6 - Bracket. No longer installed since October 2008
- 7 - Bracket. No longer installed since October 2008
- 8 - 25 Nm, take into account the tightening torque: positions "A" "I"
- 9 - Coolant pipe
- 10 - Gasket, replace
- 11 - 8 Nm
- 12 - Oil return pipe
- 13 - O-ring, replace
- 14 - Hollow bolt, 20 Nm, attached to the timing case
- 15 - Oil supply line, when installing a new turbocharger, also replace the oil supply line
- 16 - Hollow bolt, 30 Nm
