For fuel heating system.

• 3 — return fuel line
• 4 - locking bracket
• 5 — fuel supply line
• 6 - fuel filter

Do not mix up the connection points. The flow direction is indicated by arrows.

• 7 — bracket
• 8 - bolts, 25 Nm
• 9 - water drain plug
• 10 — electromagnetic valve to stop fuel supply
• 11 — LOA body (for turbocharged diesel engine only)

LDA — Ladedruckanreicherung (boost fuel injection corrector).

• 12 — vacuum line To the intake manifold
• 13 — bolt, 10 Nm
• 14 — LDA case ventilation
• 15 — bolt, 45 Nm
• 16 — fuel injection pump gear
• 17 — console
• 18 — holder
• 19 — high pressure fuel pump (HPFP)
• 20 — connecting nipple
• 21 — bolt, 15 Nm

Attention: Do not loosen under any circumstances, otherwise the fuel injection pump will fail. If a leak is detected, it is allowed to tighten it to a torque of 25 Nm, no more.

• 22 - hollow bolt, 25 Nm

For the return fuel line, it is marked "OUT".

• 23 - high pressure fuel lines
• 24 - heat-protective gasket

Pay attention to the installation position.
