- Disconnect the battery.
- Remove the four nuts securing the exhaust manifold to the turbocharger and remove the gasket.
- Loosen the union nuts of the turbocharger oil line. Remove the oil line from the pipeline harness.
- Loosen the two clamps and remove the air duct between the intake manifold and the turbocharger.
- Loosen the three clamps and remove the air duct between the turbocharger and the air filter.
- Disconnect the turbocharger from the exhaust manifold.
- Unscrew the union nut from the oil pan (bottom arrow figure 260) return oil line and remove the bracket on the engine body (top arrow).
- Using a 12 mm wrench, loosen the four bolts securing the turbocharger housing and remove it from the exhaust manifold.
- Disconnect the oil line from the lower part of the turbocharger housing and remove the gasket.
