Instructions: All hose connections must be secured with standard clamps corresponding to the model year. Hoses and hose nipples of the air supercharging system must be cleaned of oil and grease before installation. Only at nipple connections should the lip seal and sealing surfaces be lightly lubricated with oil. The supercharging system must be sealed. Self-locking nuts must be replaced. Fill the turbocharger with engine oil through the connecting pipe for the oil supply line. After installing the turbocharger, let the engine run at idle speed (do not increase the speed) for 1 minute to ensure oil supply to the turbocharger.

  • 1 - Solenoid valve for charge air pressure limitation "N75"
  • 2 - 10 Nm
  • 3 - 7 Nm
  • 4 - Charge air recirculation valve "N₂49", for dismantling it is necessary to remove the pressure pipe
  • 5 - O-ring, replace
  • 6 - Turbocharger
  • 7 - Connecting hose
  • 8 - Connecting hose

  • 1 - 8 Nm
  • 2 - Coolant pipe
  • 3 - O-ring, replace
  • 4 - Turbocharger
  • 5 - Seal, replace
  • 6 - 20 Nm
  • 7 - Seal, replace
  • 8 - 8 Nm
  • 9 - Oil return pipe
  • 10 - Lip seal, replace
  • 11 - Hollow bolt, 30 Nm
  • 12 - Oil supply line
