Instruction: All hose connections must be fixed with standard clamps corresponding to the model year. The hoses and hose fittings of the charge air system must be free of oil and grease before installation. Only the lip seal and sealing surfaces should be lightly lubricated with oil for nipple connections. The boost system must be airtight. Self-locking nuts must be replaced. Fill the turbocharger with engine oil through the oil feed connection. After installing the turbocharger, let the engine run at idle speed (do not rev up) within 1 minute to supply oil to the turbocharger.

- 11 - Hollow bolt, 30 Nm
- 12 - Oil supply line
