Press the safety clip in the intercooler in the direction of the arrow and remove the hose "arrow". Also remove the second hose leading from the intercooler.
Disconnect connector "1". Drain the coolant by removing hose "2".
Unlock the clamp and remove the connecting nipple "arrow" from the radiator. Also disconnect the connecting nipple on the radiator at the bottom. Bring the radiator frame to the service position.
Unscrew the fastening bolts "arrows" and remove the air intake together with the radiator fan "V7" in an upward movement.
Instructions: When replacing the radiator fan "V7" and the air intake, it is only permitted to replace them as a set.
Unscrew the "arrow" mounting bolt.
Unscrew the "arrow" bolts and remove the radiator downwards.
Unscrew the bolts securing the "arrow". Remove the intercooler downwards.
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
