Checking the operation of the intake manifold flap (VW Tiguan 1)

After installing the new lower part of the intake manifold, remove the fastening bracket "arrow" of the actuator element of the vacuum drive. Connect the hand vacuum pump -VAS 6213- as follows.

Create a vacuum and check the serviceability of the actuator element of the vacuum drive using the lever arm.

Instructions: With the intake manifold removed, the operation of the intake manifold flap can be checked at the same time.
