CAUTION: The injection system is divided into a high-pressure area (up to max 120 bar) and the low area (about 6 bar) pressure. Before opening the high pressure area (for example, when removing the injection pump, fuel distributor, injectors, fuel lines or fuel pressure sensor -G247-) it is necessary to release the pressure in this area to a residual pressure of approximately 6 bar.
- 1 - Roller tappet, lightly lubricate with engine oil when installing
- 2 - O-ring, replace, lightly lubricate with engine oil when installing
- 3 - High pressure pump with fuel pressure regulating valve "N₂76"
- 4 - 8 Nm
- 5 - Connecting nipple. High pressure
- 6 - Union nut, 18 Nm. Observe safety precautions, hold the connecting pipe at the high-pressure pump when unscrewing
- 7 - Fuel hose. Low pressure, with spring clamp
- 8 - Connecting nipple. Low pressure
