WARNING: The injection system is divided into a high (up to max. 120 bar) and area of low (approx. 6 bar) pressure. Before opening a high pressure area (e.g. when removing injection pump, fuel rail, injectors, fuel lines or fuel pressure sender -G247-) the pressure in this area must be depressurized to a residual pressure of approximately 6 bar.
- 1 - Roller tappet, lightly lubricate with engine oil when installing
- 2 - O-ring, replace, lightly lubricate with engine oil when installing
- 3 - High pressure pump with fuel pressure control valve -N276-
- 4 - 8 Nm
- 5 - Connecting fitting. High pressure
- 6 - Union nut, 18 Nm. Observance of safety measures, when unscrewing, hold the connecting pipe at the high-pressure pump
- 7 - Fuel hose. Low pressure, spring clamp
- 8 - Connecting fitting. Low pressure
