Instructions: All hose connections must be secured with standard clamps corresponding to the model year. Hoses and hose nipples of the air boost system must be cleaned of oil and grease before installation. Only at nipple connections should the lip seal and sealing surfaces be lightly lubricated with oil. The boost system must be airtight.

  • 1 - Charge air cooling radiator
  • 2 - 5 Nm
  • 3 - Intercooler support
  • 4 - Lip seal, replace if damaged
  • 5 - Charge air supply hose
  • 6 - Intake manifold pipe with lip seal
  • 7 - Throttle valve control unit "J338". When replacing, delete the values in the memory and re-adapt the engine control unit "J623"
  • 8 - 7 Nm
  • 9 - Hose clamp
  • 10 - Charge air supply hose
  • 11 - 10 Nm
  • 12 - Boost air pipe
  • 13 - Boost pressure sensor "G31" with intake air temperature sensor 2 "G299"
  • 14 - 5 Nm
  • 15 - Turbocharger boost air supply hose
  • 16 - Boost air pipe
  • 17 - Charge air supply hose
