High pressure fuel pump/nozzle/unit-nozzle (VW Polo 4)

1 - bolt, 25 Nm

2 — fuel injection pump gear

3 - hub mounting nut
Do not release it, because it will be impossible to perform basic adjustments even at a service station.

4 — nipple, 25 Nm
For fuel supply hose.

5 - sealing ring *

6 - fuel shut-off valve, 40 Nm

7 — nipple, 25 Nm
For return fuel line.

8 — return fuel line
To the fuel filter control valve.

9 - blind nut, 25 Nm

10 — high pressure fuel lines, 25 Nm
Remove only as a set, do not change the shape of the bends.

11 — nipple, 45 Nm

12 — bolt, 25 Nm

13 — nozzle
The nozzle lift sensor is installed in the nozzle for cylinder 3.

14 — bolt, 20 Nm

15 - spherical washer

16 - push rod

17 - support

18 - heat-protective gasket *

19 — bolt, 10 Nm

20 — fuel supply start adjustment valve

21 — O-ring round section *

22 — grid

23 — bolt, 30 Nm

24 — injection advance clutch cover
If there is a leak, replace the sealing ring.

25 - bushing with nut

26 - compact bracket

27 — bolt, 30 Nm

*) Always replace.
