• Immediately after starting the engine, even in freezing temperatures, you should start moving.
• Turn off the engine if the vehicle is expected to stop for more than 40 seconds.
• Whenever possible, drive in the highest gear possible.
• On long sections of the road, move at a uniform speed, avoiding maximum speed. Predict the traffic situation. Avoid unnecessary braking.
• Do not carry unnecessary loads; if possible, remove unused roof racks.
• Always inflate your tires to the recommended pressure, never drive with under-inflated tires.
