2. In models with independent cable adjustment, it is necessary to rotate the toothed segment 7a forward on the kingpin and lock it with the help of the locking element 7b, then disconnect the cable from it and remove it (figure 5 5).

3. If necessary, remove the guide sleeve from the rubber gasket on the gearbox support, then slide the gasket out.
Installation
4. Check whether the cable passage is secured in the partition.

5. Install the new cable in the reverse order of removal. Check that the cable passage at the end of the metal protection at the partition is installed correctly. The exposed parts of the inner cable must be lubricated with a thin layer of universal grease. Then adjust the cable as described in point 2 or (in self-adjusting models) just press the clutch pedal a few times.
