Clutch pedal assembly

  • 1 - Engine compartment partition with a socket for mounting the support bracket
  • 2 - Seal, must be replaced, between the support bracket and the engine compartment bulkhead, glued to the support bracket
  • 3 - Support bracket for fastening the clutch pedal, in some versions with a noise-insulating casing
  • 4 - Bolt
  • 5 - Servo spring
  • 6 - Bushing
  • 7 - Support sleeve
  • B - Clutch pedal
  • 9 - Socket, for removal and installation, disconnect the master cylinder rod from the clutch pedal using pliers "T10005"
  • 10 - Seal, must be replaced, between the clutch master cylinder and the support bracket
  • 11 - Main cylinder, removed and installed after dismantling the support bracket -
  • 12 - Clutch pedal position sensor "G476", can be checked in the 'guided fault finding' mode using the tester -VAS 5051-
  • 13 - Clamp, when removing and installing the pipeline, pull the bracket out until it stops
  • 14 - Hose to the tank
  • 15 - Hexagonal self-locking nut, 25 Nm, 3 pcs., for securing the support bracket to the engine compartment bulkhead, must be replaced
  • 16 - Hexagon nut, 25 Nm, must be replaced
  • 17 - Clutch pedal stop
