Repair of the clutch release mechanism (VW Tiguan 1)

• 1 - Gearbox
• 2 - Primary shaft lip seal
• 3 - The working cylinder with the release bearing form a single unit and are replaced only as an assembly, do not wash the bearing, only wipe it, if the bearing is noisy, replace it together with the working cylinder, some working cylinders have a pipeline made of a composite
• 4-Bolt, must be replaced, 3 pcs., 15 Nm
• 5 - Sealing ring, put on the pipeline fitting, lubricate with brake fluid during installation
