Then remove the clutch release lever with release bearing and guide sleeve from the input shaft and ball stop.
Installation is in the reverse order.
To remove the guide bush (3) from release bearing (2) the sleeve must be pressed and rotated inside the release bearing by 90°counterclockwise until the protrusions of the sleeve coincide with the recesses (4) on the bearing.
Installation is in the reverse order.
To disconnect the release bearing from the clutch release lever, squeeze the locking tabs (indicated by arrows) on the back of the clutch release lever and remove the bearing (A) from the lever.
Insert release bearing to install (A) into the clutch release lever and push until the locking tabs click.
Removing the clutch mechanism
To remove the clutch mechanism (baskets) you need to fix the flywheel from rotation and unscrew the fastening screws. The screws should be unscrewed sequentially and gradually, so that the clutch housing moves away from the flywheel without distortion.
When installing the clutch mechanism, the screws should also be tightened gradually and evenly, tightening them in pairs (criss-cross).
Acceptable is the wear of the ends of the petals (arrows) up to half the thickness of the diaphragm spring.
