2. Install the mechanism (forks) inclusion (4) into the annular groove of the gear clutch.
3. Install the reverse gear fork (3).
4. Install the parts in the gearbox. Before installing the bracket, make sure that the selector forks are correctly installed in the gearbox housing.
5. Establish an arm together with primary and secondary shaft, having pressed on it before snapping into place.
6. Tighten the screw (A), securing the reverse gear axle (see fig. VC 4.046).
7. Remove the axis of rotation (IN), located on the top side of the checkpoint.
8. Install the reversing light switch (WITH) (see fig. VC 4.045).
9. Set the axis of rotation (IN), located on top of the gearbox housing.
10. In order to install the gear selection and engagement mechanism (A), place it in the neutral position and tighten the screws (arrows).
11. New screws (A) fix the bracket of the primary and secondary shafts.
12. Tighten the hex nut (IN) securing the gear shift mechanism.
13; Install an oil separator (A) in the neckline (1) and hole (2) gearbox housing.
14. Install the guide oil deflector (IN) with a magnet installed in it in the gearbox housing.
15. Install differential (A) (see fig. VC 4.043).
16. Attach the clutch housing to the gearbox housing.
17. Install the 5th gear (1) protrusion to the surface of the gearbox housing (arrow).
18. Install the 5th gear synchronizer sleeve with needle bearing.
19. Establish a blocking ring of the synchronizer of 5th transfer.
20. Install the 5th gear synchroniser hub with thrust washer.
21. Install the 5th gear fork (2) and axis of rotation (1), by pushing until it clicks in the direction of the arrow.
22. Determine the thickest thrust washers that will fit the primary (3) and secondary (4) shafts. Install new thrust washers (arrow).
23. Fix a cover of a case of a check point.
24. Install both flanged shafts with thrust washers, springs and conical rings
25. Install the clutch release lever with release bearing and guide sleeve.
