Sealing flange on the gearbox side and dual mass flywheel/driven disk
- 1 - Cylinder block
- 2 - Centering pin, not installed
- 3 - Sealing flange on the gearbox side, with sealing ring, can only be replaced as an assembly
- 4 - Bolt
- 5 - Spacer, installed on centering bushings, do not allow bending/damage during installation, connected to the sealing flange
- 6 - Twin-disc flywheel/driven disc bolt, 60 Nm + 90°, replace
- 7 - Twin-disc flywheel/driven disk. Mounting position of driven disk: "flange" facing the engine, mounting possible in only one position (the holes are offset)
- 8 - Centering pin, not installed
Sealing flange on gearbox side - tightening sequence
Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown.
- 1. Tighten the bolts by hand.
- 2. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 9 Nm.
Installing the spacer
