Below is a drawing that contains an image of parts that relate to the cylinder block (for a list of parts, see. in the specification).

From the list of parts, you can determine which of them belongs to the engine with the letter designation BCA, and which belongs to BUD.

It is also clear from the parts list that the cylinder block is supplied assembled with "...pistons, crankshaft and bearings.".

1. Cylinder block
2. Screw - 50 Nm
- Tightening sequence: first the upper right bolt, then the lower right bolt, then tighten the left bolts (looking in the direction of travel)
3. Screws - M8: 20 Nm + tighten by 1/4 turn (90°), M10: 45 Nm
4. Oil filter
- Unscrew using the Allen key
- Tighten by hand
5. Screw - 13 Nm
6. Oil pan
- Clean the mounting surfaces before installation
- Install with sealant
7. Oil drain plug 30 Nm
- With fixed lip seal
- Replace with a new one when installing
8. Bracket for tensioner, generator and air conditioning compressor
9. Poly V-belt tensioner
