Camshaft drive chain (VW Tiguan 1)

• 1 - Bolt, 9 Nm
• 2 - Chain tensioner, is under spring tension, before removing put it on the lock "T40011"
• 3 - Timing chain tensioner bar
• 4 - Guide pins, 20 Nm
• 5 - Bolt, 9 Nm
• 6 - Distribution valve, left-hand thread, 35 Nm. Remove using the assembly tool "T10352"
• 7 - Bolt, replace, M6: 8 Nm + 90° further tighten, M8: 20 Nm + 90° further tighten
• 8 - Washer
• 9 - Crankshaft support ramp
• 10 - Timing chain tensioner
• 11 - Camshaft housing
• 12 - Camshaft drive chain, mark the direction of travel with paint before removing
• 13 - Timing chain tensioner
• 14 - Guide pins, 20 Nm
• 15 - Asterisk

Both surfaces of the "arrow" must be located opposite each other.
