Attention! With the ignition off, disconnect the ground from the battery.
1. Remove the casing from the engine.
2. Remove the air filter housing.
3. Remove the battery along with the shroud and bracket.
4. Remove the lock washer from the shift cable (1) from the shift lever (A).
5. Remove the lock washer from the gear selection cable (2) from gear selector (IN).
6. Remove both cables from the trunnions.
7. Remove the lock washer (3) from gear selector (IN) and remove the lever itself.
8. To remove the shift lever (A), remove the nut (4).
9. Remove the bracket for fastening cables from the gearbox by unscrewing the screws (arrows).
10. Tie the cables.
11. Remove the pipeline (A) from the gearbox bracket (IN).
12. Remove the working cylinder by unscrewing the screws (arrows), and secure with a wire to the wall. Do not disconnect the pipeline (A).
13. Disconnect the wire «masses» from the top starter screw (1).
14. Disconnect the connector (2) and cable (3) from the starter.
15. Remove the top mounting screws of the power unit.
16. Then remove the top mounting screw from the starter.
17. Remove the fillers from the top edge of the left and right fenders.
18. Remove a noise-insulating casing and the left fender liner.
19. Secure the power unit before removing it.
20. Turn off the reverse light (3).
21. Remove bracket (2) electrical wiring and unscrew the nut (1).
22. Remove the starter.
23. Remove the protective casing of the drive shaft (arrows).
24. Disconnect the exhaust system and the front bracket of the exhaust system from the crate (arrows).
25. Disconnect the drive shafts from the gearbox and move as high as possible.
26. Remove the flywheel guard (A) due to the right gearbox flange (arrows).
27. Remove the oscillating support by unscrewing the screws (A, B and C).
28. Unscrew the screws from the right motor support (arrows).
29. Unscrew the left support of the power unit (1).
30. Lower the power unit.
31. Remove the gearbox console by unscrewing the screws (2).
32. Unscrew the screws securing the gearbox to the engine.
