Instructions: Apply grease -G 000 450 02- to the hinge joints and sliding surfaces.
- 1 - Floor panel, bend the tabs to remove, be sure to replace
- 2 - Seal, must be replaced
- 3 - Lock washer, do not allow damage when disconnecting cables, be sure to replace
- 4 - Gear selection cable, to disconnect, pry and remove from the gear selection lever, to connect, place on the gear selection lever inside the gear shift mechanism housing
- 5 - Bushing
- 6 - Gear shift cable, to disconnect, pry and remove from the spherical pin of the gear shift lever, to connect, place on the spherical pin of the gear shift lever inside the gear shift mechanism housing
- 7 - Bushing
- 8 - Lock washer
- 9 - Bushing
- 10 - Spring
- 11 - Insert, damaged when removed, must be replaced
- 12 - Damping element
- 13 - Gear shift lever with spherical gear shift lever pin
- 14 - Hexagon nut, 8 Nm, 4 pcs.
- 15 - Seal, installed between the gearshift housing and the bottom, glued to the gearshift housing
- 16 - Gear shift mechanism housing with spring and gear selection lever, removal of spring and gear selection lever is not provided
Removal and installation the lock washer
Remove the lock washer "arrow A" by pressing the spacer sleeve "arrow B" with a screwdriver until it stops in the direction of "arrow C". Installation is carried out in a similar manner.
Instructions: When pressing the bushing, do not allow it to tilt. When pressing, a groove for installing a lock washer should appear. Be careful when loosening the spring.
