Gear shift mechanism. 1 - gear shift lever (adjust); 2-20 Nm (2.0 kgfm); 3 - shift support (the oblong hole should be directed with the pointed side forward); 4 - thrust plate (adjust the position); 5 - square bolt; 6 - guide ring; 7 - thrust (remove and install); 8 - bushing; 9 - traction connecting unit


Caution! Lubricate all hinges and mating surfaces with M0S2-based paste.


Removal



Pull the boot off the shift support and remove the hex bolts.

Remove the gear shift lever with the shift support, as well as the spring and thrust plate.

Installation



Apply a layer of M0S2 based paste to the balls and spherical seats of the sliding rod head, shift support and gear shift lever.

Install the thrust plate, spring and gear shift lever, tighten the mounting bolts.

Adjust and check gear shifting.
