Installation
Thoroughly clean and check all parts and mating surfaces. Lubricate the hemisphere of the shaft boot inside and out with M0S2 based paste. Install spacers of the same thickness and a new oil seal.
Attention! First place the spacers on the bearing cover, then tighten the stuffing box, otherwise loosening may occur due to misalignment of the spacers.
Install the axle boot and lightly tighten the opposing bearing cap nuts. Shake the axle shaft cover in all directions. At the same time, he should not cling to anything and pinch. Tighten nuts to 20 Nm (2.0 kgcm).
Fasten the support flange of the axle shaft boot according to the marks.
Install the bearing in the rear wheel hub, brake support housing, hub bearing cap.
Connect the parking brake cable.
Install the brake hose holder, install the brake drum with wheel, screw on the slotted nut without tightening.
If the brake hose was disconnected, bleed the brakes (see section "Bleeding the brake system").
Adjust parking brake (see section "Parking brake adjustment").
