2. In all other models, the adjustment was made manually after installing a new cable or with a large pedal gap.
3. Refer to the technical data for the clutch pedal free play value. To adjust the free play of the clutch pedal, attach the cable to the clutch pedal. Move the pedal until you feel resistance - this is a free play, see figure (pic. 5.4).

If this distance does not correspond to the adjustment data, it is necessary to adjust the cable as follows.

4. In case of detecting a very large free play of the clutch pedal, the cable must be shortened at the location of the designation number 18, see Figure 5.4.
To do this, unscrew the lock nut 16 near the bracket 14.
Then, holding the threaded end of the cable, tighten the adjusting nut 17, thereby reducing the length of the cable. To make it easier, you can bend the lever 3. If it is difficult to turn the nut, hold the cable with a wrench or tongs.
5. Before the final check of the adjustment, make sure that the bushings 15 are correctly seated in the sockets of the bracket 14 and lever 3.
6. After the adjustment, it is necessary to tighten the lock nut 16.

7. Loosen the safety nut 10 of the metal cable protection 9 near the gearbox bracket, then, blocking the metal cable protection, rotate the toothed adjusting roller until the pedal clearance becomes normal.
8. Fully depress the pedal several times, check the adjustment, then tighten the safety nut 10. Lubricate the exposed part of the clutch cable with a small amount of universal grease.
