Check whether the centering sleeves are pressed into the motor flange.
Check the fit of the metal gasket (engine-KP). The gasket should lie on the engine all the way around when lightly pressed against the engine with both hands. If at the top it protrudes beyond the engine, then this means that the engine is suspended incorrectly behind the leash gasket.
The engine and gearbox must be installed on the power unit supports without tension. How to do it correctly is described in.
Tightening moments.
Replace all bolts of fastening of an arm of the left support of the unit.
First screw in the new bolts by hand.
When installing, screw the console to the gearbox with a tightening torque of 40 Nm + 90°.
For tightening both console bolts to the car between both bolts with a screwdriver can be adjusted «old landing» bolts. These two large bolts are tightened with a tightening torque of 60 Nm + 90°.
Replace O-rings on ATF lines.
Screw the ATF lines to the gearbox.
Screw on both wire holders.
After installation, check the ATF fluid level.
