Removal
Remove the engine cover.
Remove the top part of the timing belt cover.
Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose from the rear exhaust pipe fitting.
Remove the rear exhaust pipe.
Loosen the fuel line/coolant tube fasteners on the intake manifold.
Unscrew the cylinder head cover.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. The following should be taken into account.
Note: Replace bolt seal if damaged.
Tighten the cylinder head cover bolts in the sequence 1–0.11.

Tighten the bolts in sequence 1–11 to a torque of 10 N·m (fig. 2.291).
