Removal the poly V-belt
Remove the noise insulation screen.
Mark the direction of rotation of the poly V-belt.

To loosen the poly V-belt, turn the tensioner in the direction of the arrow (fig. 2.135).

Secure the tensioner with the locking pin (fig. 2.136).
Remove the poly V-belt.
Installing a poly V-belt
Installation is carried out in the reverse order, taking into account the following.
When installing a poly V-belt, check the direction of travel and the correct fit of the belt on the belt drive pulleys.
Lastly, route the poly V-belt on the air conditioning compressor pulley.
After installation work, you should always start the engine and check the belt operation.
