Connect the ignition timing tester and the control tachometer according to the operating instructions.
Start the engine and let it idle.
Increase the engine crankshaft speed to 4000 rpm and check the ignition advance angle, which should be within 32-42° before TDC. If the ignition advance angle does not match the specified limit, check the electrical wires and connections of the KSUD. If they are in good condition, replace the controller.
