Note. Due to the small size of the terminals of the cable part of the controller connector, when checking through these terminals, it is recommended to use an adapter terminal box.
Switch off the ignition.
Disconnect the controller connector and connect the adapter terminal box to the connector. Turn on the ignition, connect a voltmeter to the terminals «1» and «8» cable part of the connector (pic. 2-136) and check the voltage with a voltmeter, which must be at least 9.0 V. Connect a voltmeter to the terminals «1» and «23», then to conclusions «1» and «38» cable part of the connector. In both cases, the voltage on the voltmeter should be at least 11.0 V.
Switch off the ignition.
Connect an ohmmeter to the terminal «1» cable part of the connector and to «mass», then to the conclusion «35» and to «mass». In both cases, the resistance on the ohmmeter should not exceed 1.5 Ohm, which indicates the integrity of the connection circuit of the controller with «weight».
