Checking the supply voltage of the mass air flow meter (VW Passat B4)

Turn off the ignition.

Disconnect the 3-pin air flow meter connector, connect the voltmeter to terminals "2" and "3" of the connector (fig. 2-127), turn on the ignition and check the voltage using a voltmeter, which should be no less than 11.0 V.
