1. Disconnect the battery ground wire clamp. Reduce the pressure in the fuel system.
2. Disconnect the gas cable from the throttle and the bracket on the manifold.
3. Disconnect the electrical wire plug and the elastic low-pressure hose from the additional air valve.
4. Disconnect the electrical wires and disconnect the starting valve.
5. Loosen the bolts on the fastening clamps and disconnect the elastic low-pressure hose from the connection at the end of the manifold (on the left side) and on the rear of the throttle body.
6. Disconnect the low-pressure flexible hoses from the front of the throttle body, paying attention to their connection points.
7. Disconnect the injectors and elastic hoses from the cylinder head and remove the retaining clips from them. Protect them from contamination.
8. Remove the clamp and disconnect the water pipe from the throttle body.
9. Loosen the bolts and disconnect the support bracket from the throttle cable bracket and from the distributor cap.
10. Disconnect the elastic air bleed hose between the distributor cover and the drive manifold.
11. Loosen and remove the bolts securing the underwater manifold, then carefully lift the manifold together with the throttle body. Disconnect all electrical connections and flexible hoses if they are connected when the manifold is already disconnected.
12. You can unscrew the mounting bolts and disconnect the throttle body from the manifold.
13. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Check that the working surfaces are clean and put on new gaskets.
14. When connecting the gas cable, adjust its length.
15. Before starting the engine, check that all connections are made correctly.
