Exhaust manifold (exhaust) (VW Golf 2)

Before you begin removing the manifold, you need to familiarize yourself with how to properly disconnect the clamps that secure the exhaust manifold to the exhaust pipe.

If this equipment is not available, the manifold can be removed and installed in a workshop.

1. Remove the supply manifold.

2. Removal and installation of the exhaust manifold is carried out in a similar manner as described for models of cars with carburetor engines.
