b) Open the diaphragm by manually rotating the lever 1 of the starting equipment. Start the engine and measure the rotation speed on the choke (figure 3.15).

c) If the rotation speed exceeds the values specified in the technical data, remove the plug protecting the adjusting screw (if it is installed) and adjust the rotation speed on the choke by turning the adjusting screw (figure 3.15).
d) After completing the adjustment, install the safety plug and disconnect the speed meter.
