First you need to start the engine for 1 minute.
2. Loosen the clamps on the flexible tubes at each end of the air supply cover and remove them. If it turns out that the sensor plate is not located on the transition axis, it is necessary to loosen it with a central bolt and carefully pull the probe 0.10 mm along its perimeter along the edge in order to center the plate and then tighten the bolt (pic. 3.50).

1 - electrical wires; 2 - screwdriver.
3. Raise the air sensor plate, and then quickly set it to rest. During this downward movement there should not be the slightest resistance, if there is resistance, the air mass meter is defective and must be replaced with a new one.
4. If the flow meter plate can be easily moved down, but there is strong resistance when moving up, this indicates that the control piston is jammed. It is necessary to remove the fuel distributor and clean the control piston in the fuel. If after this there is no positive change, a new fuel distributor must be installed.
5. Reduce the pressure in the distributor, and then check the plate of the air flow meter in the rest position. The upper edge of the plate should be flush with the edge of the neck (pic. 3.49). It is assumed that the edge of the plate will be lower than the edge of the neck but not more than 0.5 mm. However, if the edge of the plate is placed above the edge of the cone, or more than the allowable limit of 0.5 mm below the edge of the cone, the plate must be adjusted.

6. The height of the plate can be adjusted by lifting the plate and bending the wire clamps to the arm of the counterweight, but care must be taken not to scratch or damage the surfaces of the air cone.
7. After adjustment, check the engine idle speed and the carbon content in the exhaust gases.
