Check the supply voltage of the starting injector. To do this: turn on the ignition; disconnect the connectors of the fuel line and the starting injector, connect the LED tester to the terminals of the connecting blocks of the connectors; disconnect the injection control subsystem coolant sensor connector, turn on the starter, the probe LED should flash (pic. 2-116).
Disconnect the fuel line and injection control subsystem coolant temperature sensor connectors. Remove the starter nozzle and fix it over the measuring vessel. Turn on starter. The starting injector should then spray fuel for 1-4 s. The spray cone must be of the correct shape. Switch off the ignition. Wipe the nozzle of the starting nozzle: within 1 minute not a single drop of fuel should appear from it. If one of the above conditions is not met, the starting injector must be replaced.
After checking, replace the starting injector and connect the disconnected connectors.
