Disconnect the idle and full load switch connector. Connect an ohmmeter to the leads «2» and «3» switch pads.
Reinforce on throttle shaft 1 (pic. 2-107) goniometer disk with an arrow (fixture 3084). Fix the arrow of the goniometer on the fixed part of the throttle valve, and fix the graduated disk with a screw on the throttle valve axis. Loosen the throttle control lever nut if necessary. Press with a screwdriver (pic. 2-108) throttle lever to the full load stop and set the protractor needle to zero. Move the throttle lever away from the full load stop by approx. 20°. then again slowly move it to the stop until the switch contact closes, determined by the deviation of the ohmmeter needle. At this moment, the goniometer needle should deviate by 8-12°. If necessary, achieve the desired moment of closing the contact of the switch. moving his body. When doing this, the throttle lever roller must be on the curved portion of the full load position switch lever. After adjustment, fully depress the accelerator pedal and make sure the throttle is fully open.
