Fasten to the throttle shaft 1 (fig. 2-107) goniometer with arrow (fixture 3084). Attach the protractor pointer to the fixed part of the throttle valve, and secure the graduated disk with a screw to the throttle valve axis, loosening the throttle control lever mounting nut if necessary. Press with a screwdriver (fig. 2-108) throttle control lever to the full load stop and set the goniometer needle to zero. Move the throttle control lever away from the full load stop by approximately 20°. then slowly move it again to the stop until the switch contact closes, determined by the deflection of the ohmmeter needle. At this point, the goniometer needle should deflect by 8-12°. If necessary, achieve the desired moment of closing the switch contact. by moving its housing. In this case, the throttle control lever roller should be on the curved part of the full load position switch lever. After adjustment, press the accelerator pedal all the way down and make sure that the throttle valve is fully open.
