Warm up the engine (oil temperature not less than 80°С) and leave it to idle. Manually cause the throttle full load switch contact to close. Use a screwdriver to move the throttle valve so that the engine speed reaches about 2000 rpm and remains at this level. In this case, the engine mode should fluctuate, which indicates the operation of the forced idle system.
If the positive idle system does not engage, disconnect the connector (blue color) coolant temperature sensor of the engine management subsystem and short-circuit the terminals of the sensor block. If the engine mode fluctuates, the switch must be replaced. If not, check the wires and their connections in the coolant temperature sensor circuit and/or the idle and full load switch power circuits and repair for damage. If this does not work, replace the controller.
